The first step is to visit and provide you with a statement of advised letting value.

We will provide you with a written month statement that will show a break-down of rent and expenses if applicable.

During this visit we shall take details of the property and advise on any recommendations to you. If you are renting your property as furnished we can advise on usual items to be included. When terms and rental value have been agreed we shall begin to actively market your property.

Appointments will be set up for suitable applicants, at all times applicants will be accompanied by a member of staff.

At all times we shall keep you fully appraised of developments with a prospective tenant and if you wish will arrange a meeting for you to meet with him/her.

When a suitable tenant has been agreed we shall complete all the necessary paperwork and when the tenant has completed we shall contact you to sign the lease and provide you with all the documentation for your letting.
