Tenants
Complete Property will take tenants names and contact details in order that we can crossmatch them with new properties received. Deposits will not be taken from any prospective tenant until the property has been viewed with a them. A booking deposit will then be taken whilst waiting on references to become available. No tenant will be accepted until references are received in writing and have been verified.
The normal references that you could be asked for are:
- A previous landlords reference (with proof of your previous address)
- Employers references
- Bank References
- Personal References
- Parental Guarantees (for those leaving home for the first time)
On acceptance of the references and full deposits and first months rent. The tenant will be asked to sign a Lease Agreement (normally a minimum of one year) and complete the Private Residential Tenancy Board Form (PRTB). (www.prtb.ie) This form is a legal requirement and your PPSN number is to be included on this form.
All tenants will need to sign all documentation before keys can be released.
