Whether you're letting for the first time or have rented properties before Complete Property can provide you with a letting service that will cover all the aspects of finding a good tenant. We can advise on the rental income you can expect and can advise you on the management and maintenance of property.
The first step is to visit and photograph the property and get it onto our website as quickly as possible. During this visit we shall take details of the property and advise on any recommendations to you. If you are renting your property as furnished we can advise on usual items to be included.
We will then cross match your property with our waiting tenants, we shall also advertise your property on other property websites and local publications.
Appointments will be set up for suitable applicants, at all times applicants will be accompanied by a member of staff.
We obtain a variety of references to check that tenants can afford the property and are of reliable character. We also take care of the legal documentation between you and the tenant, including completion of the PRTB (Private Residential Tenancy Board) Form. At all times we shall keep you fully appraised of developments with a prospective tenant and if you wish will arrange a meeting for you to meet with him/her.
When a suitable tenant has been agreed we shall complete all the necessary paperwork and when the tenant has completed we shall contact you to sign the lease and provide you with all the documentation for your letting.
